About Gotto · Austin, Texas
We only sell meeting-room hardware we have already run on a real call.
A small Austin team that stages video bars, cameras, ceiling microphones and Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms kits on a bench before a single box leaves the building.
Meeting room installation in Austin, and configured hardware shipped across the United States. Every price is a band. Every room gets measured before it gets quoted.
Who runs this site
Gotto is a hardware seller with a workbench, not a reseller with a warehouse.
Trading as Gotto at go-tto.shop, from 51 Oak Lane, Austin, Texas 02304, United States.
Gotto is an Austin business that sells meeting-room and remote-work communication hardware to companies. Video bars, PTZ cameras for conference rooms, ceiling microphone arrays, USB speakerphones, wireless noise cancelling headsets for the office, interactive displays, document cameras for help desks, head-mounted cameras for field support, and the table boxes and wireless presentation sets that tie a room together.
We are a small team. The work happens at one address, 51 Oak Lane in Austin, where the burn-in shelves, the staging bench and the front counter all sit within a few metres of each other. Nothing here is drop-shipped from a distributor straight to your loading dock without being opened.
The catalogue is inquiry-only. There is no cart and no checkout on this site, and nothing here takes a card. You tell us about the room, we answer with a written quote, and an order only exists once you accept that quote and we invoice it.

What we actually do
Every video bar runs 48 hours on your platform before it leaves the bench.
Rooms arrive configured, not boxed. That is the whole difference, and it costs us shelf space and time.
A device that fails, fails early. Most dead units we have seen died in the first day of continuous use: a camera that drops its USB link when it gets warm, a speakerphone whose firmware update bricks it halfway, a bar that loses its network address after a lease renewal. Forty-eight hours on a live call catches nearly all of that on our shelf instead of in your Monday all-hands.
During those two days we update firmware to a version we have tested and then pin it. We sign the unit into the room account you give us, on Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or plain USB for bring-your-own-device rooms. We set the camera framing defaults, the microphone pickup zone and the speaker level for the room size you described. Then we photograph the settings screens and send them with the delivery note.
For installs around Austin we mount it too. The camera goes at eye height on the display, 1,150 mm off the floor. Above that, everyone looks like they are being filmed from a ladder. Cables get a loom and a label at both ends, and the PoE budget on the switch port gets checked before anything with a ceiling tile is powered.

The order of work
From your room photo to a working first call.
Most rooms go from first message to installed in two to four weeks, depending on stock.
-
Day 1 to 3
You send the room, we send questions
Room length, seat count, ceiling type and a photo of the walls. If one wall is glass we will ask about it twice. A 4-metre room with a glass wall needs a ceiling array, not a louder bar.
-
Within a week
Written quote with a bill of materials
Each line has a model code and a price. For larger jobs or anything with ceiling audio we survey in person first, around Austin, or by a video walk-through elsewhere.
-
After the order
Burn-in, staging, then install or ship
Two days on the shelf per device, then the kit gets laid out, labelled and packed by room. Austin installs are booked on a date that suits the building; shipped kits go out with the settings photographs inside the lid.
What we refuse to sell
Some orders we turn down, and we say why on the first call.
Not a long list. Each line is a ticket we have been asked to fix after somebody else sold it.
-
Webcams for boardrooms
A 90° desk camera on a 7-metre table shows the near three people and a row of foreheads. Ask and we will tell you why at length. The answer is a PTZ camera like the CAM-P or a wide bar.
-
A quote for a room we have not seen
Most "bad audio" tickets come from a microphone picked for the wrong room size or for glass walls, not a faulty unit. No measurements or photos, no quote. The estimator gives you a band in the meantime.
-
The word "certified"
We say a kit is configured for Teams Rooms or runs Zoom Rooms, because we set it up and tested it. We do not claim any manufacturer certification, partner status or platform approval, and we will not put one on your quote.
-
Hardware we have not run ourselves
If a model has never sat on our burn-in shelf, it is not in the catalogue. A new model gets a week of our own calls before we offer it to anyone.
1,150 mmCentre of the lens, floor to glass
It is the single number we repeat most. Seated eye height in an office chair sits between 1,100 and 1,200 mm, so a camera mounted there looks people in the eye. Mount it above an 86-inch display and the whole room looks down at its own laptops. If your display is already on the wall too high, we put the camera below it and tell you so.
Reach a person
Send the room length, the seat count and a photo of the walls.
That is enough to start. A person on the bench reads it, not a ticket router.
