Ledger · target, tests, known limits
Every page here should work with a keyboard alone, at 320 pixels wide, and at 200% zoom.
We sell hardware that lets people hear each other in meetings. A catalogue that shuts some of them out would be a poor advertisement for it.
This statement covers go-tto.shop: the catalogue of conference room video bars, cameras, speakerphones, headsets and room kits, the price estimator, the inquiry form, the support chat and the legal pages. It does not cover the manufacturers' own documentation we link to, or the meeting software that runs on the hardware.
Partly conforming means we know of places where the site falls short of the target. They are listed in Ledger B, with what we are doing about each. We would rather say so than print a badge.
| Clause | What it means in plain words | Why it applies here |
|---|---|---|
| A.1Conformance target | The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C. It is the yardstick most US accessibility claims and settlements refer to. | It is specific enough to test against. "Accessible" without a standard means nothing. |
| A.2Keyboard | Every link, button, tab, form field, chip and the chat can be reached with Tab and operated with Enter, Space or the arrow keys. A skip link jumps past the masthead. Focus shows as a 2px green outline. | Plenty of facilities and IT buyers browse with a keyboard by habit, not only screen-reader users. The section menu and the chat both trap focus while open and release it on Escape. |
| A.3Reflow and zoom | One layout runs from a 320px phone to an ultrawide screen with no sideways scrolling. Text resizes with the browser to 200% without clipping. Ledgers like this one turn into labelled blocks on a phone. | Spec tables are the first thing that breaks on a narrow screen. Ours scroll inside their own box or restack, never the page. |
| A.4Contrast | Body text is warm off-white on near-black, well above the 4.5:1 minimum. Muted captions are checked to stay above 4.5:1 too. Brass is used for lines, not for anything you must read to act. | A dark site lives or dies on contrast. We checked each text colour against each ground it sits on. |
| A.5Motion | If your system asks for reduced motion, parallax layers flatten, reveal animations stop and the spec ticker stands still and wraps. The ticker also pauses on hover, on focus and on a tap. | Moving bands of text are a known trigger for vestibular discomfort. Nothing on the site autoplays video or sound. |
| A.6Forms | Every field has a visible label. Optional fields say optional. Errors are written in words next to the field, linked to it for screen readers, and focus moves to the first one. | The inquiry form is the one place a barrier costs you a reply. Name, a phone or an email, and the consent tick are all it needs. |
| A.7How we test | Each page is checked with keyboard only, with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, with NVDA on Windows, at 320, 768 and 1440 pixels, and with an automated checker before a release. | An automated checker misses most of what actually stops people, such as a focus order that jumps around. That needs a person pressing Tab. |

| Limit | What you may run into | What we do about it |
|---|---|---|
| B.1Field-of-view diagrams | The camera coverage drawings on the conference cameras page carry a title and a text label, but the geometry itself is visual. A screen reader hears the summary, not the angles. | The same numbers are written in prose beside each drawing: 90° for the CAM-4W wide 4K camera, and 120° for the VB-C compact video bar it is compared against. Ask and we will talk you through coverage for your room by phone. |
| B.2Photographs | Alt text describes what is in each photograph. It does not carry fine detail such as port labels on the back of a table box. | Ports and specifications are listed in text in each product's spec rows, so nothing important lives only in a picture. |
| B.3Spec ticker | The moving band of specs between sections duplicates its text to loop. The copy is hidden from screen readers, but some older readers announce the band twice. | Everything in the ticker is also written in the page body. Turning on reduced motion removes the duplicate entirely. |
| B.4Support chat | New replies are announced through a live region, which some screen-reader and browser pairings read late or not at all while you are typing. | Replies are also counted on the launcher button. If the chat does not suit you, the phone and email reach the same people. |
| B.5Manufacturer documents | Datasheets and manuals we send on request come from the manufacturers. Some are scanned PDFs without tags. | We will read out or retype the parts you need. Ask for it in the inquiry; it costs nothing. |
| Route | How to use it | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| C.1Phone | +1 (652) 555-4231. Tell us the page and what got in the way. A relay service call is welcome. | A person on the bench answers, and can take your inquiry over the phone there and then if the form is what failed. |
| C.2Email | [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject. Your browser, device and any assistive technology help us reproduce it. | We reply within 2 working days with what we found and when it will be fixed. |
| C.3Post | Go Tto, 51 Oak Lane, Austin, Texas 02304, United States. | We answer by the route you ask for in the letter. |
| C.4Another format | Ask for any page, price band or written quote in large print, plain text or read aloud on a call. | We send it in the format you ask for. A written quote in another format carries the same terms as the original. |
If the site stops you buying
Nothing on go-tto.shop has to be done online. Every item is inquiry-only, so a phone call does exactly what the form does: you give the room length, the seat count and what the walls are made of, and we come back with a written quote. If a barrier on the site cost you time, tell us. It will be on the list for the next release, and this statement will be updated with the date it was fixed.
