Conference room video bars, PTZ cameras, ceiling microphone arrays and complete Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms kits, sold from a small Austin workshop to companies fitting out real rooms.
Video bars run from $1,100 per unit. A full huddle room kit runs from $3,200 per room. Every device does 48 hours on your platform before it leaves the bench, with firmware set and the room account signed in. You open the box and join a call.
A compact bar, a mini PC and a 10-inch touch controller, signed in to Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms. From $3,200 to $4,800 per room. Small rooms with glass on two sides get the echo talk before they get a price.

Field notes · The ticket we see most
A 3-metre bar in a 7-metre room with a glass wall
The call comes in as "the new video bar has bad audio". It almost never does. What it has is a job it was never built for. Someone bought a compact bar rated for a room about 4 × 5 m, carried it into a 7 m room with ten chairs and a glass wall down one side, and switched it on.
The six microphones in the bar are fine. They are hearing the person at the far end of the table at roughly a quarter of the level of the person beside the screen, plus that voice bounced off the glass a few milliseconds later. The far end gets a room that sounds like a stairwell. Turning the bar up makes it worse, because now the speakers feed the glass too and the echo canceller spends its effort on the room instead of the caller.
Two fixes work. Move the pickup closer to the people, which in a 7 m room means one or two ceiling tiles over the table. Or cut the reflection, with a fabric panel on the wall opposite the glass. Usually both. Swapping to a bigger bar helps the camera and barely helps the audio.
That is why we will not quote a room we have not measured or seen photos of. Send the length, the seat count and a picture of each wall. Glass, drywall or brick changes the answer more than the brand on the box.
A 4-metre room with a glass wall needs a ceiling array, not a louder bar.
Huddle room base band, before displays, compute, install and cable. Estimate only. Not a quote and not an offer. A written quote follows a room survey.

Desks, not only rooms
Remote staff get the same tested kit, one desk at a time
Half the people in a meeting are not in the room. A good boardroom with a bad laptop microphone on the far end is still a bad call, so we sell the desk side too.
Wireless noise cancelling headset for office and homeThe HS-D, $210 to $380 per headset. Three microphones, a USB dongle for the work laptop and Bluetooth for the phone. Pair both on the bench and label the dongle.
A 4K desk camera with a real shutterThe CAM-4W, $180 to $320 per unit, 90° field of view. Laptop cameras sit below the eyes and frame the ceiling. Clip the camera to the monitor top and the problem goes away.
A puck only for a shared tableThe SP-P covers 2.5 m. At a single desk a headset beats it every time, because a puck hears the dishwasher too.
What we will not sellWe do not sell webcams for boardrooms. Ask and we will tell you why.
Five steps, and the hardware never arrives as a box of parts
Meeting room installation in Austin is done by us. Outside Austin the room ships staged and labelled for your installer.
Day 1
Room details
You send the room length, seat count and a photo of each wall, through the form below or by email. We answer with questions or a first specification, usually the next working day.
Survey
Survey and written quote
In Austin we come and measure with a laser meter. Elsewhere we work from photos and a floor plan. The written quote lists each item, its price and the ship date. Payment is by invoice after you accept it.
48 hours
Burn-in on your platform
Firmware updated and pinned. Room account signed in to Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms. Each device runs continuous test calls for 48 hours. A unit that drops a call goes back to the maker.
Staging
Staged and labelled
Each room is packed as one kit, cables cut and labelled to the measured runs, mounting heights written on the bracket bag.
Install
Mounted and handed over
We mount, test a live call from every seat, and leave. Thirty days of configuration support follow. Full detail is on the room planning page.
Questions
What buyers ask before the first call
If yours is missing, the chat in the corner goes to a person in Austin.
How long from inquiry to a working room?
It depends on stock and on the survey, so we do not print a number here. The ship date on the written quote already includes the 48-hour burn-in and staging.
Do rooms really arrive configured?
Yes. Firmware set, room account signed in, controller paired, and 48 hours of calls already run. We describe kits as configured for Teams Rooms or running Zoom Rooms. We do not claim any maker's certification.
What about returns and faults?
The manufacturer's warranty passes through to you, and we add 30 days of configuration support after delivery. The steps are on the warranty page.
Do you install outside Austin?
On-site install is for the Austin area. Further afield we ship the room staged, labelled and tested, with a mounting sheet your installer can follow.
How do we pay?
By invoice, after you accept a written quote. There is no cart and no card payment on this site, and the bands shown are not offers.
Who is this not for?
Anyone after the cheapest webcam on the shelf, or a room bought without anyone measuring it. We are slower than a marketplace and we ask more questions.
Send the room
Send the room length, the seat count and a photo of the walls
That is enough to start. Name and one way to reply are all we need. A phone or an email will do.
