Tool · Per room and per order

Price a Teams Rooms kit or a huddle room in under a minute, before anyone measures.

Seven inputs, one live band per room and for the whole order. It uses the same ranges we quote from, and it is honest about what it cannot know until we see the walls.

$3,200to$4,800

That is the base band for one small room of 5 to 8 seats. Each display adds $2,800 to $4,200, ceiling audio adds $1,600 to $2,800, a Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms compute unit adds $900 to $1,500, install in the Austin area adds $450 to $900 per room and cable adds $6 to $11 per metre.

How to read each input

What each setting is really asking

Room size is seats at the table, not the number of people who crowd in for the quarterly review. A twelve-seat table is a medium room even if it is in a large space. Pick by chairs.

Platform decides the compute. A Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms system runs on a small dedicated PC behind the display with a touch controller on the table, and the room joins meetings on its own. That adds $900 to $1,500. Bring-your-own-device means the presenter's laptop drives everything over one USB cable. It adds nothing, and it is the right answer for many huddle rooms.

Displays: zero if you already have screens we can use, one for most rooms, two for boardrooms where people want content and faces side by side. Each is priced at the band for our 65-inch interactive panel; an 86-inch screen for a room deeper than 6 m sits above that and shows up in the written quote.

Tick ceiling audio for any glass wall or any table longer than 4 m. The single most common fault we fix is a room that skipped it.

Cable run is the distance from the display to the table box and from the table to the network switch, per room. Under 10 m is normal. Past 30 m the band already allows for extenders.

What the band includes

Hardware at the bands in the catalogue, firmware set, the 48-hour burn-in on your platform, labelling and staging. Install, where ticked, runs from bracket to signed-in room.

What it leaves out

Platform licences, which you buy from Microsoft or Zoom. Electrical work, ceiling repairs and millwork. Freight outside Texas. Sales tax. All of those appear on the written quote as their own lines.

About the numbers

Questions people ask after using it

Is the estimator price a quote?

No. It is an estimate only, not a quote and not an offer. A written quote follows a room survey or a set of photos and measurements.

Why is the band so wide?

The low end is the plainest hardware that will do the job in that room size; the high end is the model with more pickup, more zoom or a bigger panel. Walls, ceiling height and cable routes decide where a real room lands.

How close does the written quote usually come?

When the inputs match the room, inside the band. The rooms that land outside it are the ones entered as "small" that turn out to seat eleven, or a cable run guessed at 10 m that measures 34. That is why we survey first. See how a room gets planned.

Who should not rely on this tool?

Auditoriums, divisible rooms with moving walls, and anything over 24 seats. Those need a survey before any figure means anything. Call instead.
