How fast do you reply?

Within one working day for a first answer. A written quote for one or two rooms usually follows inside the week. Ten rooms with ceiling audio take longer because we want to see the ceilings.

Do you need to visit?

For a huddle room with photos, no. For a boardroom, anything with a ceiling microphone array, or a room with a glass wall longer than 3 m, yes. Around Austin we come and measure; elsewhere we do a video walk-through with a tape measure on screen.

How do I pay?

By invoice, after you accept a written quote. This site takes no payment and stores no card. If a message ever asks you to pay through a link, it did not come from us.

I only need headsets for a team.

Fine. Tell us how many people, whether they sit in open plan or a contact centre, and which laptops they use. The headset page explains why those two answers change the model.

Can I see the hardware first?

Yes, at the workshop counter on Oak Lane, by arrangement. Call ahead so somebody has a room account signed in and a call running when you arrive.
