Everything in this catalogue is something we have mounted, wired and run for 48 hours on Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or a plain USB laptop setup. If a product failed that, it is not here. That is why the list is sixteen lines long and not four hundred.
Read the room size column before the price. The most expensive mistake we see is a bar that is right for a 4 × 5 m room going into one twice that length. The filter below sorts the ledger by seats so you start from the room, not the gadget.

What a typical room is built from
Starting points, not rules. Glass, a low ceiling or a long thin table moves a room up a row.

A compute unit for Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms adds $900 to $1,500 per room. Each display adds $2,800 to $4,200. Install in the Austin area is $450 to $900 per room. Five rooms or more takes 4% off, fifteen or more takes 7%. The estimator does this arithmetic as you type.
Price bands are per unit and move with the order. Nothing on this page is a quote. A written quote follows a room survey, and payment is by invoice after you accept it.
Before you pick from the ledger
Why is there no add-to-cart button?
Because a room bought without a measurement is the room we get called back to. Every item is inquiry-only. You send the room, we send a written quote with a ship date.
Why does the band vary so much on some lines?
Mount type, cable length, controller choice and volume move it. The KIT-B band runs $9,500 to $16,000 because a boardroom with existing ceiling cabling and one with none are different jobs.
Can I buy a single headset?
Yes. It gets the same bench test as a room kit, paired and labelled before it ships.
Is this hardware certified for Teams or Zoom?
We describe kits as configured for Teams Rooms or running Zoom Rooms, because that is what we test. We do not claim certification or partner status on anyone's behalf.
