Terms of use · inquiry terms · five parts
A price band on this site is never a quote, and nothing here is sold until you sign one.
These are the terms for using go-tto.shop to look at meeting-room hardware, price a room and send an inquiry. Pick a part; each one stands on its own.
Gotto sells video bars, conference cameras, ceiling microphone arrays, headsets, Teams Rooms kits and Zoom Rooms hardware to companies fitting out meeting rooms. It does that by inquiry, from Austin, and these terms say what that means for you. Plain wording is deliberate. If a sentence here reads two ways, the reading more favorable to you is the one we hold ourselves to.
Part 1 of 5
Site use
Who you are dealing with, what the site does, and the few things you may not do on it.
Who these terms are with
The site is run by Go Tto, trading as Gotto at go-tto.shop. The postal address is 51 Oak Lane, Austin, Texas 02304, United States. Phone +1 (652) 555-4231, email [email protected]. When these terms say "we" they mean Go Tto; "you" is the person using the site, and the company you act for if you send an inquiry on its behalf.
What the site provides, and what it does not
The site is a catalogue of meeting-room and remote-work hardware with price bands, a room estimator, guidance on room sizes and mounting, an inquiry form and a support chat. It is how you start a conversation with us.
It is not a shop. There is no cart, no account, no checkout and no card form anywhere on it. It does not design your room for you from a web form either: guidance on these pages is general, and a room with a 7 m glass wall needs someone to look at it. Installation is something we quote for the Austin area after a survey; the site does not book it.
What you may not do here
- Send an inquiry or chat message in someone else's name, or with contact details that are not yours to give.
- Submit forms by script, flood the chat, or try to get around the checks on the inquiry form.
- Probe, scan or load-test the site, or try to reach any part of the server that is not linked from a public page.
- Copy the catalogue wholesale, scrape the price bands into another listing, or present our photographs as your own stock.
- Upload or paste malware, or anything unlawful, into a form or the chat.
Who owns the words, photographs and marks
The text, the photographs, the layout, the estimator and the Gotto logo belong to Go Tto or are used by us under license. You may print or save a page for your own buying decision and share a link to it. Anything beyond that, ask first. Product and platform names such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms belong to their owners and are used only to say what a device runs; that use claims no partnership, certification or endorsement.
When we may refuse or withdraw access
We may block an address, close a chat or stop answering inquiries from a sender who breaks the rules above, sends abuse to our staff, or is plainly harvesting prices for resale. We may also take the site, or a page of it, offline for maintenance or for good. Withdrawing access does not cancel a signed order; those run on the quote's own terms.
Part 2 of 5
Inquiries and estimates
Nothing is bought on this site. A band is a band.
The site sells nothing and takes no payment
Every item on go-tto.shop is inquiry-only. Sending the form, using the chat or running the estimator does not buy anything, reserve stock or commit you to pay. No payment is taken on the site, at any point.
Every figure you see, on a product page or out of the estimator, is an estimate and not a binding quote or an offer we can be held to. The estimator says so under its result, and it means it: it does not know your ceiling height, your cable path or whether the wall behind the display is glass.
An inquiry becomes an order in four steps. You send the room length, the seat count and a photo of the walls. We ask what we need to and, where it is warranted, survey the room. We send a written quote naming each device, its configuration, the price and the delivery window. You accept that quote in writing. Only then is there a contract, and it is the written quote that governs it.
How things are priced
All figures are in US dollars. Price bands are per unit, per tile, per set or per room, as each listing says, and they cover the hardware and our 48-hour burn-in on your platform. A VB-C compact video bar is shown at $1,100 to $1,600 per unit; a KIT-B boardroom kit at $9,500 to $16,000 per room. Where in a band a job lands depends on the model variant, the mounts, the platform license path and the quantity.
Things that move a price: the number of rooms (the estimator takes 4% off from 5 rooms and 7% off from 15), cable run in meters, ceiling audio, on-site install in the Austin area, displays per room, and manufacturer price changes between estimate and quote. Sales tax, where it applies, is added on the written quote. Shipping outside the Austin area is quoted separately.
Part 3 of 5
Quotes and orders
The written quote is the contract. These lines say how it works.
What a written quote holds
A quote lists each item by model code, the configuration we will load, the platform it will be signed in to, any install work, the total in USD and the date the quote expires. Prices on a quote hold for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. After that we check them again with the distributor before you sign.
Payment
Payment is by invoice after you accept the quote, on the terms printed on that invoice. We never ask for card details by email, chat or phone. If anyone does in our name, it is not us; tell us at [email protected].
Burn-in, staging and delivery
Every device runs 48 hours on the platform you use, with firmware set and the room account signed in, before it is staged and shipped or brought to site. A unit that fails burn-in is replaced before it leaves the bench, and the delivery date moves if it has to. We tell you when that happens.
Returns and warranty
Manufacturer warranties pass through to you, and we add 30 days of configuration support after handover. The steps for a return or repair are on the warranty page. Configured hardware that works as specified is not taken back because the room changed after the survey; that is why we survey first.
Part 4 of 5
Liability
What the site promises, and the ceiling on what we owe if it gets something wrong.
What is provided as is
The pages, the room guidance, the field-of-view diagrams and the estimator are provided as is, for orientation. We work to keep specs right and check them against the manufacturer sheets, but a manufacturer can revise a model without telling resellers, and a spec on a page can lag behind it. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors, always available, or that a device described here will suit a room we have not seen. Statements that a device is "configured for Teams Rooms" or "runs Zoom Rooms" describe our set-up work; they are not a certification by Microsoft or Zoom.
The limit of our liability
For use of the site itself, which is free, our total liability to you is limited to US $100. For an order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid under the written quote for the item that caused the loss. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, a missed meeting, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on an estimate.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that Texas law, or the law where you live, does not allow to be limited.
Part 5 of 5
Law and changes
Texas law, Austin courts, and how you will hear about a change.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any order placed through a written quote, are governed by the law of Texas, United States. A dispute is heard in the courts of Austin. Before anyone files anything, call us. Most disagreements about a room are about a microphone, and they get fixed on a site visit.
How a change is announced
When we change these terms we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for any change that affects an open quote or order, we email the contact on that quote before it takes effect. The terms in force on the day you accepted a written quote stay attached to that order.
